As noted in the background sketch, my legal experience involves court proceedings. I deal on a regular basis with judges, juries, opposing lawyers and prosecutors.  Preparation is critical. Much of my work involves criminal cases in federal and state courts, but I have considerable experience in state and federal civil litigation. I am a sole practitioner, but associate with other counsel as the need arises.
