As noted in the background sketch, my legal experience involves court proceedings. I deal on a regular basis with judges, juries, prosecutors and opposing lawyers. I consider preparation of critical importance. Much of my work involves criminal cases in federal and state courts, although I am have considerable experience in civil litigation. I am a sole practitioner, but associate with other counsel as the need arises.
